Frequently asked questions
Is the certification fee included in the package?
No. The certification audit is carried out by an independent body and is subject to its tariff. The package price covers the consulting service.
What if I do not get the certificate?
Within scope, no extra consulting fee is charged for closing nonconformities found at the first certification audit. If the certificate is not obtained we give up to three months of free re-preparation support.
What is the payment plan?
It is 30% on order, 40% at the implementation stage and 30% before the certification audit; credit card payment in up to six instalments is possible.
