In the two-day programme ISO 19011 principles, preparing an audit plan, questioning techniques, writing nonconformities and the audit report are covered practically. On the second day a simulated audit is run on a real process.
Who should attend?
Quality officers, process owners and those who will be internal auditors. There are no prerequisites. An attendance certificate and a template set (plan, question list, report) are provided.
